河北（正定）服务外包产业基地位于石家庄市北部正定新区，由四座五A级写字楼组成，总建筑面积达10万平方米。目前，已入驻服务外包类企业31家，年创产值2000多万元，并呈继续快速增长之势。

为了加快现代服务外包产业发展，正定服务外包产业基地从降低入驻企业行政办公费用支出、提供更好配套服务等方面入手，为入驻企业打造更好的公共服务平台、完善服务功能和设施，力争到“十二五”末，入驻服务外包企业总数达到100家以上，年营业收入10000万元。
