河北廊坊现代服务产业园区总规划面积27平方公里， 2010年被河北省人民政府批准为省级开发园区。同年，经省金融办上报省政府批准，“中国北方金融产业后台服务基地（A区）”入驻园区，并作为“十二五”期间全省全力打造的金融产业基地。2012年，园区又被省商务厅、工信厅、科技厅联合评定为“河北省服务外包产业基地”。

Hebei Langfang Modern Service Industry Park covers a total area of 27 sq. km. It was approved as the provincial development park by the government of Hebei Province in 2010.The same year, "Northern China Financial Industry Background Service Base (district A)" settled in the park with the approval of the provincial government to which the provincial Finance Office applied, and it is completely created into provincial financial industry base during the "Twelfth Five – year Plan" period.

In 2012, the park was jointly assessed as “Service Outsourcing Industry Base of Hebei Province” by Commerce Department, Ministry of Industry and Information, Science and Technology Bureau of Hebei Province.

河北廊坊现代服务产业园区位于廊坊市西南5公里处的永定河畔,地处京、津、冀金三角中心。距北京40公里，天津60公里。园区百公里范围内，汇集了十一条高速公路、六条国家级铁路、四大海港。75公里范围内，拥有首都国际机场、天津滨海国际机场与首都第二机场三大国际机场，距首都第二机场20公里，仅需15分钟车程。10公里范围内，坐拥京台、唐廊两条高速公路。园区距京台高速出口仅8公里，经京台高速，驱车30分钟，即达北京南三环刘家窑桥。园区距廊坊京沪高铁站仅10公里。同时，园区北部规划有北京轻轨S4线站点，进一步拉近了园区与北京的距离。

Hebei Langfang Modern Service Industry Park is located at the beautiful Yongding River in 5 kilometers southwest to Langfang city.The park is located in the Golden Triangle Center of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, 40 km away from Beijing, 60 km from Tianjin. Within one hundred kilometers, gathered 11 highways, 6 national railways and 4 harbors.Within 75 kilometers, there are Capital International Airport, Binhai International Airport of Tianjin and the Second Capital Airport. It is 20km.from the Second Capital Airport, only 15 minutes’ drive. Within 10 kilometers, it connects Jingtai Expressway and Tangshan—Langfang Expressway. It is only 8 kilometers away from the exit of Jingtai Expressway, just taking 30 minutes’ drive to Liujiayao Bridge of Beijing S.3rd Ring Road by way of Jingtai Expressway. It is 10 km. from Langfang Station of Beijing-Shanghai Express Railway. And there is light railway S4 station planned in the north of the park, making it closer from the park to Beijing and its environs.
