河北科技大学服务外包培训基地位于石家庄市裕华区，主要业务范围包括电子商务、信息技术、企业运营、供应链管理、人力资源管理、财务管理与审计、项目管理等，涉及企业业务流程设计、内部管理、运营以及供应链管理等全部业务流程外包服务领域的人才培训；动画创意文化人才培训及业务外包；艺术设计人才培训及业务外包；工业设计人才培训及业务外包；信息技术外包（ITO），包括软件设计与开发人才培训等。该基地于2011年被河北省商务厅、河北省教育厅、河北省人力资源和社会保障厅认定为“河北省服务外包培训基地”。

The Service Outsourcing Training Base of Hebei University of Science and Technology is located in Yuhua District, Shijiazhuang. Its main business includes e-commerce, information technology, operations, supply chain management, human resource management, financial management and auditing, project management, etc. The training base will carry out the personnel training for all business process’s outsourcing services (business process design, internal management, operations and supply chain management). In addition, it will also carry out the information technology outsourcing (ITO), which including software design and personnel training; and the personnel training and outsourcing of animation and creative culture, art and design, and industrial design.
