为落实河北省服务外包产业发展精神，积极培训服务外包业务需要的人才，2012年石家庄经济学院做为首个“河北省服务外包人才培训基地”正式启动，建立了实训实验室。

至今已对六百余人进行JAVA软件开发方向、软件测试方向、呼叫中心业务等培训，并承接了企业数据录入和数据分析等工作任务，提供实习岗位240个，就业人数达200人，其中2012届本科毕业生90人实现高质量就业。   

围绕“十二五”规划， 实现服务外包培训协调发展，积极拓展信息技术外包(IPO)，大力发展业务流程外包(BPO)。把与企业合作定向培训作为主要发展模式，将定向培训为服务外包培训主要形式，把接受企业委托培训和企业定制培训为辅，培养国际化、复合型服务人才。

To implement the developing spirit of service outs-ourcing industry in hebei province, and training needed talents for service out-sourcing industry. Shijiazhuang University of Economics officially turn into  the first “Training base of Service outsourcing in hebei province” and set up training laboratory.

Up to now, the training base has trained more than six hundred people for Java software development, software testing and call center business. Meanwhile, it undertakes  some work tasks such as data entry and data analysis for the enterprise. It provides 240 internships,and 200 of them got job. More important, 90 graduates realize high quality employment in 2012 .

The enterprise concentrated on the Twelfth-Five Year Layout, in order to realize the coordinate development of service process outsourcing training, to expand IPO proactively, to develop business procedure of BPO, they should take the oriented training with enterprise as the main mode of development, take the oriented training as the main form of service PO training, take the business commission training and business customization training as the supplementary, and finally to cultivate internationally-developed and multi-mode service talent.
