服务外包学院是我校整合计算机、外语（美日韩等）、经管、美术等十多个院系资源成立的独立机构，负责培养服务外包KPO、BPO人才。

Shijiazhuang University is the full-time, application-oriented and comprehensive university. The university is the training centre for service outsourcing professionals in Hebei, with total area of 8000 square meters.

Software and Service Outsourcing Institute was founded by the joint efforts of the university and enterprises, more than 1,200 ITO professionals (America &Japan-oriented) are graduated from the institute every year.

The institute is the independent organization integrated with Computer Department, Department of Foreign Languages, Economics and Management Department and Arts Department, which serves for the training of KPO and BPO professionals. More than 10￥ million will be invested in the institute during the 12^th five-year period, and it will be the typical service outsourcing institution of Hebei province.
