保定高新区服务外包基地是最早一批被认定为省级服务外包基地的高新产业园区，依托保定华仿科技有限公司、保定市大为计算机软件开发有限公司等重点企业，积极承接软件开发、软件技术等外包业务，截至2012年底基地已经认定的服务外包企业有39家，业务范围也由单纯的信息技术外包服务（ITO）扩展到技术性业务流程外包服务（BPO）、技术性知识流程外包服务（KPO）等多个领域。依托现有的服务外包企业，凭借保定高新区独特的区位、资源优势，保定高新区要形成有自己特色的服务外包产业和园区管理机制，同时要加强与其他重点园区的合作与互补，进一步促进服务外包产业的发展。

The Outsourcing Base of Baoding High-tech Zone is one of the earliest bases approved as provincial level. Supporting by its key enterprises like Baoding SinoSimu Technology Co；Ltd , Baoding Dawei Computer Software Development Co；Ltd ，the base positively undertakes software development, software technology and other outsourcing business. By the end of 2012, there were 39 approved outsourcing enterprises in the base and their business segment expanded form simple ITO to BPO, KPO and etc. Based on its enterprises, with the unique location advantages of Baoding High-tech Zone and adoption suitable strategy, The Outsourcing Base of Baoding High-tech Zone will form characteristic outsourcing industry and management system. Meanwhile to make further development, it will strengthen cooperation and complementation with other key zones .
