廊坊信和软件投资有限公司成立于2007年12月25日，注册资本5000万元。经营范围为服务外包产业园区的开发、建设；物业管理；设施租赁；对软件及相关行业的投资；企业筹划服务、培训。
廊坊服务外包基地项目选址于廊坊经济技术开发区东北部，东邻京津塘高速公路，北靠东方大学城高尔夫球场，西依东方大学城，交通便利，环境优雅。项目占地约15万平方米，建筑面积24万平方米，总投资约7亿元。基地建设充分利用廊坊市区位优势、环境优势和东方大学城人力资源优势，以软件研发、服务外包、总部经济、商务休闲为中心，打造环渤海经济圈知名的环境优美、服务功能完善、配套设施优良、吸引软件人员入住的品牌园区；建设成国际化ITO生产中心、BPO服务中心和软件创新、研发中心。

 
Introduction on The Outsourcing Park of Langfang
Intrduction of the project: Langfang XinHe Software Investment Ltd. was established on December 25^th，2007 with the registered capital of RMB50 million. Its scope of business contains the construction and development of the Outsourcing Park; Maintenance; Tenancy; Investment of software and relevant industries; Training and planning services for enterprises.
   Langfang Outsourcing Park located in the northeast of Langfang Economic & Technical Development Zone, the traffic is convenient and the environment is good. Its occupation of land is about 150,000 m² and the building area is 240,000 m², the total investment is about 700 million, including ITO area, BPO area and R&D area. The Park will take full advantage of the location and environment of Langfang city and the priority of human resources of Orient Campus city to create a district which has good environment, perfect function of service, fine supporting facilities, and can attract IT persons. The district will be famous around Bohai Sea area.
Progression of the project: The project has already got the land certificate and the certificate of recording for fixed-asset investment. The site planning of the project has been approved; the construction drawing designing is in process.
